Just a quick note of support to those who are struggling right now. You may wonder why I am not mentioning the current situation in any of my videos, and perhaps seem like I'm acting as if nothing is happening. It's because I don't feel the benefit to adding to the noise - I have nothing fresh to say - and also because in NZ things are not as affected as elsewhere (as in, we aren't in lockdown and only those arriving from abroad are self isolating). But please know that just because I don't talk about it or show it doesn't mean we're not taking the situation seriously and doing our bit. My love, prayers and positive thoughts go out to everyone struggling (far more effective than worry and panic). Keep calm, and wash your hands xxx

Hey guys, you may have noticed that I've made my DYT videos private. Some of the comments were ... intense! Wow. I'd just rather not deal with some of the backlash. I promise I'm totally fine and have things in perspective and appreciate the support - and those wanting to come to my defence, but it's really not necessary :) Hope you're having a good week. xx

A little bit of history: Grant and I lived in South Africa our whole lives until we moved to England in 1999. We lived there for 11 years, then moved to New Zealand in 2011. I enjoy baking, DIY, fashion, organising, home decoration, crafting, photography, recipes, health and fitness, books, and family life. I have an auto-immune disease called Hashimoto's Thyroiditis.
