Urgent: Rabbi Zvi Kogan Missing in UAE
Rabbi Zvi Kogan, a Chabad emissary in Abu Dhabi and manager of the city's kosher supermarket, has reportedly been kidnapped and possibly murdered, according to investigations by Israeli and UAE intelligence.
Rabbi Kogan, an Israeli-Moldovan citizen, has been missing since Wednesday (Nov. 21, 2024). Authorities believe Islamic terrorists, who are suspected of involvement, may have fled to Turkey.
The Mossad and UAE intelligence are conducting a joint investigation, and Israelβs National Security Council emphasized the previously issued Level 3 travel warning for the UAE, urging heightened caution.
Rabbi Kogan's disappearance has sent shockwaves through the Jewish and Israeli communities. His family, friends, and community are devastated, and we join them in praying for his safe return.
Chabadβs presence in the UAE has been vital in fostering Jewish life in the region. Rabbi Koganβs efforts have touched countless lives, and we hope for a resolution soon.

I don't hope to change hamas's mind regarding the hostages but I do wish to bring hope and strength to those driving on the parkway who are allies of Israel.
