"I wish they taught this in school," someone told me when we were talking about conflict. This is a skill we use daily and will use the rest of our lives. Doesn't it make sense to learn a skill rather than just memorize facts? Seems practical and yet I doubt schools will start teaching how to use confrontation in a healthy manner and have more healthy conflict on a regular basis.
They have too much on their hands right now, covering the basics.
