About
This channel is to use my own ME/CFS journey and research to help others with their journeys. Also to educate friends, family and doctors of ME/CFS patients.
I try to make the content as ME/CFS friendly as I can. To do this I intentionally avoid music, background noise and much movement. I try to stay mostly still with a neutral blank background. No text over images, no scribbles, nothing. I also do my best to keep video short where I can (around 5 minutes where possible) and mark chapters to make it easy to stop and start again.
