Exactly 5 years ago today on April 16, 2019 I did my first ever home workout. The first picture on this post was taken after that workout. At 120 pounds and absolutely zero lifting experience, I knew I had a lot to overcome, but I wanted to prove to myself that anything you put your mind to can be achieved, as long as you believe it.
