It's not just about having a meditation practice. It's equally as important to be willing to cultivate one in the first place.
No one's perfect. Even the most celebrated meditation teachers have ups and downs in their practices.
Sitting with your mind on a consistent basis is a challenge. That's the point!
We're probably going to struggle a bit when it comes to daily, consistent practices. Even just 10 minutes a day feels like such a chore. And that's okay.
The real measure of meditation practice "success" is a willingness to keep at it! We may skip a day or two (or more). Our practices may not feel like they're very high quality. But we continue to practice anyway. And with practice, we improve.
