Never ever in my life did I think I was to own chickens. I moved to the country and thought, why not.
So I bought 12 fertilized eggs and 7 hatched. Bought another 12 fertilized eggs, but only 1 hatched. 😞 It was so lonely. I bought 10 chicks at TSC to keep it company. I happen to see one chick stargazing. I mean, the neck was completely turned around and she was looking up at the ceiling. The employee said I could have it for free. Yep, I rescued it. That put me at 12 new baby chicks plus the 7 from before.
