Hello everyone! If you haven't seen the last announcement yet, I have big news!
I'll be working with Tony (from @stokestudioz )and a group of kayakers in order to transform this channel into something bigger than just myself!
Jer Kayaks is soon to become Jer Kayaks and the Portage Posse! This channel is now a creative outlet for myself and the Portage Posse to grow the sport in a positive way! I am not yet sure where this will take us in terms of content, but I am so excited to see what comes next!
Launch video will be out tomorrow!

1k!!!!! WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Thanks so much everyone for the support! 1000 is a huge milestone! I can't believe that this is even happening, that my dreams of making it as a dirtbag kayaker are slowly becoming closer and closer to a reality!
With that said, I've got some big news! As of today, I am officially full time, on the road, traveling, kayaking, adventuring, and dirtbagging! The Toaster is finally built out and complete (mostly), thanks to the help of Chris (grit_n_nails on insta), @AVAJourneys , @RiverKingsKayak , and of course, people like you that are watching this channel and cheering me on!
The move in has been super stressful, but I've loved every second of it! That does mean that I've had no time to edit or even kayak tho, and so I am even more behind than usual! Oh, and I'm attending a 5 day rescue course and also tuckfest and also camping! As such, I'll be taking a quick break from youtube to get my life together, but we will pick right back up where we left off whenever I come back!
Once again, thanks for the 1000 subs, and I'll see you all on the river!

Hoping everyone has had a happy holidays so far! I've been busy and falling behind on editing footage! 😭
Thanks to the amazing boating community for making 2021 such a great year! I remember at the beginning of 2021 I was still struggling to peel out of eddies without flipping over....and so much progress has been made!

Finals week is over for school! Now I've finally got more time to finalize videos! Finally!

Hey guys! I've just come back from a week-long kayaking trip, where I hit some awesome rivers like Upper Green, New River Gorge, Middle and Lower Gauley, Upper Yough, and Tallulah!!
Just got home and gotta do some adulting, but can't wait to share all this footage with you all!
