Hey everyone! 👋
First off, thank you for the well wishes of my health when it came to having COVID-19. I am well and ready to get back to my normal life! But that’s not what I’m here to talk about. I’m here to talk about the state of my YouTube channel. I have primarily focused on Call of Duty for nearly a year in a half starting with the Black Ops Cold War Beta. For a whole year or so I consistently uploaded creating this phenomenal community. You all have stuck by my side for a very long time and there are regulars here on the channel that I have noted, and kept in mind. (NoLifeGaming, Jou Perez, Lighty, etc.) There’s many of you that are regulars that I am more than grateful for and people who are newer that have stuck around for recent uploads. Us creators, we pay attention to your names and I personally write them down so I can give back to you. I want to give back to my community, to my friends, to people around me. But, unfortunately it’s hard to do that when my biggest fear is losing you all. You all Subscribed for Call of Duty, I know that. You know how I know that? Because when I uploaded something else, views are down. Which is okay in the sense of knowing why you Subscribed! I am not holding you accountable for not wanting to watch something you don’t want to, nor you Subscribed for. The thing is, I have played Call of Duty since I was a little boy. I absolutely loved the franchise along with Warzone. But holy hell the state of the games today are just awful. For the longest time in Warzone we’ve had hackers that have limited me from uploading content for you all. And unfortunately with the release of the Anti-Cheat we have had EVEN MORE! There’s flying vehicles, aimbotters in planes, people glitching under the map. This is bullshit. Warzone is one of the biggest games that have released recently and has held its value for a surprisingly long time. I’ll be the one to say it, Warzone is slowly dying. We have the biggest Content Creators fed up with the state of the title(s), playing other titles like Apex Legends, Fortnite, etc. Look at Battlefield 2042, who plays that broken game? Why are these developers not taking shit seriously and releasing polished games? Now, I do know that the world is still in a very scary Pandemic and that some things can be excused, however inside the Activision Blizzards workplace, that is not excusable and the fact that more things are slowly being released, it’s disgusting. I’m not happy with the developers one bit.
I guess what you can gather from this, is that I am not having fun playing Call of Duty and I really don’t want to play something I’m not having fun playing. I’ve been considering focusing on simulator games on the channel (because in all reality, they’re pretty fun) and I’ve even considered on playing campaign games (Dying Light, God of War, etc.)
Most importantly, I want to play and upload what you all will stay for because without you, I’m nothing, and that is one reason why I want to give back to you.
So, what would you like to see here on the channel? Maybe in another time, I’ll revisit Call of Duty, but as of right now, the games suck and it’s one of the worst time wasters someone could do.
