After a hectic career, I am now a "time millionaire" (retired).I am now really enjoying the fact that I am able to spend more time cooking Persian food. Persian food requires great care, thought and love. I also want to contribute to increase knowledge about Persian food.
I was born in Iran, but raised in Sweden from the age of 14. In my childhood and early teens, the kitchen was merely a place for the servants. It was only when I came to Sweden that I was introduced to what was going on in the kitchen!
Since then I have read and experimented in the kitchen with good results.
In order for everyone to have a chance to succeed, it's my signature to carefully state the measurements and method step by step.
