Family! It’s been a while! 🫶🏽We’re getting back into the groove of things this week! What do you want to see next?

Hey family! So because I am a wife, a stay at home mother of 4 small children, a keeper of my home, I also work from home, I’m an active servant of the Lord, I work diligently with my hands, wherever there’s a need I do what I can to fulfill it, etc. I am an extremely busy woman! It appears effortless but there was a point when I used to be stressed, depressed, exhausted, and frustrated from it all!
What has helped decrease stress TREMENDOUSLY and overwhelm but now gives me balance and is easier to maintain, is planning ahead of time!
Each week, I write down what each day of that week would potentially look like.
I create a checklist and I tackle one thing at a time. When each day comes I’m literally ahead of schedule because I created a plan, PRAYED over it and ask for God’s strength and guidance and I stuck to it!
Your life will be less stressful, frustrating, exhausting and overwhelming when you plan ahead and put Christ at the top of it and stick to it!
