Have to take a little time out of Thanksgiving preparations to clean a 2 1/4 pound catfish we caught on the jugline this morning. I'm ok with that. There will be another Thanksgiving prep video out this evening at 6:00. Hope everyone has a great week!

It was 18 chilly degrees this morning and we decided to leave our hooks without bait last, but I almost regret it. It's so pretty out on the pond even though my finger would get frosty in that cold water. Hope you all have a blessed day! ~Janette

I've been working all summer and fall at improving my catfish filleting skills. I have finally gotten to the point of feeling comfortable about showing you my technique. I try to waste as little meat as possible. Also you will find out why the cats faithfully follow us around.

If you're growing Okra you should still be getting a good crop coming out of the garden into your kitchen. In this video I share my best method of preparing this great vegetable.

The summer is quickly winding down but it's not too late to enjoy a great pitcher of Iced Tea. I add a secret ingredient to my tea after I brew it that makes it extra good. Enjoy the rest of the summer!

Two years ago we made this video that had helped a lot of people with their Aloe Vera plants. If you haven't seen it, you should! Thank you!

These catfish have grown a lot in one year! This weekend we are going to pick up another 100 so that we can keep having good catfish to eat. Thanks for watching!
