Ever since reading Circe, I’ve been fascinated by the figure of the nymph. In this piece, I created my own version of an adorable water nymph frolicking in a pond covered with water lilies. I found out that "Nymphaea" comes from "nymph," so naturally, these beautiful nymphaea made their way into my painting.
