I’m Kasia, a certified RYT-200 instructor, passionate about guiding you to a deeper mind-body connection through yoga and meditation. Whether in individual sessions, where we explore personal growth, or in group classes that energize and relax, we’ll focus on balance, strength, and inner calm.
I teach Hatha, Gentle flow, and Yin yoga, combining breath-led movement and stillness to energize the body and soothe the mind. Meditations and reiki elements infuse each practice, enhancing the healing experience.
