This week I was meant to be recording a music video for my new song ‘High Score’ but instead I spent all week in the hospital..🤒
On Monday evening a blood test revealed I had rhabdomyolysis - a potentially life threatening condition caused by exercising too intensively - basically I damaged my muscles by doing a 5K run, lifting weights in the gym and then spending too long in the sauna afterwards, all within a few hours, on a hot day, where I wasn’t hydrating myself properly.. so yeah, my own fault!
BUT no need to worry!! I’m recovering well and should be back to exercising and shooting music videos soon🤟🏻
In the meantime, the doctor says it will help if everybody goes and listens to my new song: ffm.to/highscore 👈🏻😏
Be careful when exercising in summer and don’t be like me and think you’re invincible!!😅
