The past few months I’ve been feeling a transition..kind of like a pause. It made me feel creatively stuck at first. Then I learned to enjoy the restful season, but I felt odd. You know, like you’re forgetting something very important that you should be doing.
It brought me back to the last time I had this feeling. I got to be a stay at home wife for a while right out of college. I was working on some breakthrough and trying to figure out what I truly wanted. I knew right away, but the decision seemed hard..a mother.
Fast forward to a year later and I was almost due with my first born. I felt a huge discontentment with my calling. Then the word DOULA popped in my head. I’m not kidding I had to look it up and see what it meant exactly.
That’s the same time I was given a new name..Fearless Momma. I didn’t feel fearless at all but it was something I wanted to strive for…to FEAR LESS particularly in motherhood. About what others thought etc.
Birth was my soon to be next journey and it changed my life.
Everything was scary and vulnerable and you know someone else was there picking up where I couldn’t. But I started taking the time to educate myself even more. I started creating tons of content and sharing everything I knew so that other mommas could FEAR a little LESS TOO.
It’s been my life since 2017.
I’m honored to be in your birth spaces whether in person or on your screen.
I’m wowed by the 500K+ who said YES to my channel..to learning more about labor and birth options.
