Heartbroken.

Today, the 32nd anniversary of the Cheers finale, the world lost George Wendt. It doesn't feel real. However, it's beautiful to see my feed so full of many lovely photos of Wendt, people sharing their personal stories of times spent working with him.

Although known best for his portrayal of "NORM!" Peterson, he had an extensive career with many great roles across a wide range of genres.

Still, none will make me smile as much as this photo of Norm and some kittens.

My thoughts are with his family. ❤️Cheers for everything. 🍻

My month-long YouTube break is almost over (phew!), just in time for me to review Mufasa🦁 on Tuesday. I've just finished watching the film, and would love to know what you thought of it! Did you enjoy it? Hate it? Feel indifferent? #Disney #Mufasa #DisneyPlus

THANK YOU for 15 years, and I'll be back on 1st April!

1st March marks 15 years since I started this channel (my first video linked at the end!). It's been an amazing journey. I've met some incredible people, and I've learned so much. One of my favourite things about this is learning about other people's favourite films and shows, and increasing my knowledge thanks to their expertise. I'm always happy to hear your thoughts or receive any facts you want to share.

In this time I've not really taken a proper break. There was a brief interlude in 2020 when the world fell apart, but aside from that I've only ever taken off a few days here and there, usually when I'm on vacation and don't have access to my laptop! So I've decided that I won't be uploading for the entirety of March. I'll still be around to read and respond to any comments, and I'll still be watching films and recording reviews throughout the month. However, I need to take some time away from uploading for a much-needed mental health break. The main reasons I'm explaining this are: a) I don't want anybody thinking I've disappeared, and b) if I don't commit this to writing, I'll undoubtedly take off a few days and then come back claiming to be well rested (based on previous failed attempts at a proper break!).

This channel has afforded me a lot of opportunities over the years, for which I will ever be grateful, and nothing would have been possible without your continued support and kindness. I'll be uploading videos from my backlog tomorrow (28th February), and then I'll be back in April.

I hope everybody has an amazing March, whatever you're doing!

A ❤️

I asked ChatGPT to name the top four film fandoms, as I was curious to see what they'd come up with. I'm not surprised by the results. Of the four they suggested, which is your #1 favourte: Star Wars⭐, MCU🦸, Harry Potter⚡, or LOTR💍?

What's your all-time favourite Christmas film? Can you list a top four?🎄🎅 Nothing beats A Miracle on 34th Street (1994) for me!

I asked ChatGPT to list the top four all-time best Christmas films. It suggested:

1. It's a Wonderful Life (1946)
2. Home Alone (1990)
3. A Christmas Story (1983)
4. Elf (2003)

Of those four, which do you think is the best? Do you agree with ChatGPT's list?
