Risks:
Thereās something about taking a leap (literal or metaphorical) that is so damn rewarding.
Itās hardly even about the outcome - I often find a sense of relief and expansion purely from the decision, rather than the outcome.
Holding on and standing still causes stagnancy, and itās hard to grow if you arenāt willing to tap into the potential within you.
Is there something that you've been putting off because it's too "risky"? I'd love to hear your story below :)

You must discipline yourself to create a life that excites you by:
Trying new things and accepting that some wonāt work
Risking embarrassment and being misunderstood
Facing financial uncertainty
By embracing these challenges, you open yourself to limitless growth ā financially, emotionally, and through lifeās experiences.
Leave a comment and let me know the ways you are disciplining yourself, and any questions you may have.

Hustle culture is silly.
If youāre putting in hours but not seeing results, youāre probably focusing on the wrong things.
In 2018, my first attempt at a business was a mindfulness blog.
I wrote for hours a day, felt busyā¦ but only 4 people (my friends, thanks FB) actually read it.
After a few months, I learned that blogging wasnāt the best way to build an audience at the time.
Now? I can spend 10 minutes filming a video in a field, speaking about something I'm interested in and thousands watch it.
Itās not about working moreāitās about taking high-leverage actions.
When it comes to organic traffic, YouTube is in, blogs are out.
Time spent rarely correlates with results. Itās the potency of the action that counts, not the hours you put in.

Youāre part of the problem.
If you donāt go to the supermarketā¦ donāt be shocked if thereās no food in your house.
If you donāt tell someone how much youād like to be paid for your workā¦ donāt be shocked if they mention a figure thatās far less than what you want.
If you donāt tell someone your romantic intentions toward themā¦ donāt be shocked if your connection never progresses beyond friendship.
If you donāt tell people about your services or productsā¦ donāt be shocked if nobody buys from you (artists, Iām looking at you too).
Yes, there are factors outside of your controlā¦
And itās also true that people spend too much time and energy dissatisfied with life because they donāt have the things they never even asked for in the first place.

Mantra for the day:
Make more mistakes.
The more often I fail, the more I learn about the thing I'm attempting to do.
The more often I upset people, the more I learn about myself and others.
The more often I get things wrong, the more humility I cultivate...
... all of which lead to growth, expansion & awareness.
Have a good'n!

During a period of growth, itās likely youāll feel constricted. Your outer world hasnāt shifted to accommodate your inner world. Be patient and trust the process youāre in, as soon the shell of your current reality will dissolve as you grow into your next phase.
What are you growing through right now? Whatās changing? Lemme know in the comments ā„ļø

Do your best and then let it go.
Then, repeat.
The results of your actions aren't yours to decide - there are too many factors involved beyond you.
