I post videos twice a week some to share tips on how to do specific poses to get all the benefits and ensure safety. I also am currently doing a live zoom call every morning (Mon - Fri) of a 30 min practise and I upload the recordings of the Waking Up Together series. I also post videos for you to follow along for a personal practise and some meditations.
These are ideal for anyone wanting to try yoga or who already practises yoga and wants to do a personal practise and fine tune their poses.

I am a qualified yoga teacher (E500 YRT) with B.A. psychology. I have been practising yoga for over thirty years and have been teaching for around 10 years. I love doing new courses to improve new skills and am passionate about sharing yoga around the world
