This was my state in the fall of 2017
Meeting new people is hard
Not being sure of my worth
Conflict with the husband because of lack of money
And my soul hurts when my child is asking for a new toy, and I don’t have the funds to buy it.

You are already in-game. Can’t give up!
You are not a loser.
Your husband is praising you because you have a job.
You are strong and can win here.

And you sit in a hot bathtub after work, trying to heal the body pains and remember that someone is earning 5/10 times more than you, doing the same job. Can’t understand what is wrong... is that mean needs to work x10 more? But they look happy!

This is my story - your story! If you recognized yourself as her smile - you are not the only one.

I am now happy and earning as I never dreamed. But I have searched this path, like a fucking remote control from air conditioning in a 40 degrees heat ...but can’t find anywhere.

You know why you stay on this page.
Because you see I have the keys.
MORE MONEY = LESS WORK

I know this may sound unreal.
But none of us is suicide and means everything will pass, and you will find the remote control for the conditioner.

HOW TO STOP FEELING “NOT GOOD ENOUGH” AND BECOME CONFIDENT?

How do you prevent others from devaluing you?

Do you know that the most powerful loss of energy is devaluing yourself?

You can make significant achievements and become successful - get lots of applause from others and feel the best until depreciation creeps in. 👾

You start to feel a “Lack of confidence,” comparing yourself with others and thinking, “I am not good enough.”

How to get rid of this hole feeling? I think I know😻.

I used to undervalue myself all the time! And this was stopping me from moving to another level and achieving my goals.

And then I just turned out that this is a growth point. 😂🙏🏼

❌For example, you create a course program, and you think it is terrible?
✅ Determine growth points and how a course should be considered good.

❌ Did your husband say that you didn’t make the bed?
✅Tell him that cleaning is your growth area😂.

❌the teacher says that your child is misbehaving
✅tell him that behaviour is the point of growth for your child

A universal phrase for yourself, for others and from others. But the most important thing, of course, is from yourself.

Conclusion:

Everything we devalue about ourselves is point A.
We determine what needs to be done, where to get the knowledge, and who can help us - the point of growth is point B.

And then, like in the good old days, write down all the actions so you know what you need to do to feel more confident and start growing at this point.

Depreciation is a seed.
Knowledge and a plan of action are like water, and point B will grow.
