Das Vocalconsort München (Ltg. Johanna Soller) hat seine Wurzeln an der Hochschule für Musik und Theater München. 2013 von Johanna Soller gegründet, widmet sich das junge Ensemble vor dem Hintergrund der Historischen Aufführungspraxis vorwiegend der Chormusik des Barock, stellt aber in seinen Programmen immer wieder Querverbindungen zwischen den Epochen her.
Innerhalb kürzester Zeit hat sich das Vocalconsort München einen überregionalen Ruf erarbeitet. Einladungen führten bislang u.a. zu den Audi-Sommerkonzerten Ingolstadt und in die Stiftskirche Stuttgart, zur Kammeroper München und dem Jewish Chamber Orchestra.
Immer wieder arbeitet das Ensemble mit renommierten Instrumentalisten und Solisten der Alten Musik zusammen.
