Hello! I am Mila. I've been practicing and studying traditional hatha yoga and meditation for the past several years.
My yoga classes include asana practise (poses) and a short breathing practice at the end.
I believe that our mental health is as important as our physical health.
Health is a state of complete physical, psychological and social wellbeing.
Yoga combines at least two of these aspects: physical and mental.
Most of my students are beginners and I realize how important are accessible and simple explanations.
Yoga poses improve blood circulation, strengthen the body and tone our muscles. When asana practice is combined with proper breathing which improves oxygenation, it's one of the best things you can do for your health.
