Just out of curiosity, I want to know how my audience rates their own skill at gaming. On a scale of 1-10, 1 being newb, and 10 being pro, how do you rate yourself overall?

I am currently creating a Game Development course for the school that I work at using Babylon.js. With Everything that is going on in the Unity ecosystem, I thought there might be some interested people here as well. If there is interest, I will make companion videos for the course and have them hosted here as well as the lessons that I post on Git Hub.
Well... What say you?

What is your preferred game play style vs game dev style? 2D, 3d, or even 2.5d?
This is one of the things that I am constantly thinking about when I first have an idea for a new game. Sometimes after I consider what the game mechanics are, and what the game play should be, I think about if 2D or 3D is better for what I am after. Sometimes the game defines that itself, but not always.
What about you?

What I was wondering is, does anyone else want to do it as well at the same time? If So I will be doing mine On Oct 16 starting around 9am New York time zone. If there is interest, then I can stream the development as we progress here and on discord.

Ever play a game and wonder how a certain game mechanic was made? Let everyone know down below and we can make a demo of it.

I will be streaming tomorrow when I get home (around noon Eastern Time). I have set the empty project up over on github for those that might want to code alone. I will update the code after the stream (and maybe during the stream), so there is no rush if you just want to watch or wait for the final project.

This semester is light for me at school. I was going to stream a few game dev sessions. I can cut them down to short videos for those that do not want to watch livestreams later in the week.
What I wanted to know is what time is better for you?

Since the school I teach at has changed to e-learning, I was going to upload some videos for the comp sci classes that I teach. I have another channel for that but was thinking of just putting them here if people wanted them.
So is anyone interested in them?

I am a husband, father, and teacher. When I am not busy with the family or work, I like to make all sorts of silly little games.
Over the years, I have been making silly little games with the various games engines Currently I am doing things with the Godot Engine.. I have picked up a few tricks here and there over that time. This channel holds tutorials of some of the things that I would like to give back to the community.
