From "High Value" to "High Functioning". The words seem to always change, while the conversations remain the same.

I love us, but sometimes.......just sometimes.....

Listening to some of these discussions of men talking about Domestic Violence in the way that they are is so painful and disappointing. If you are a victim of abuse please stay off the Internet and far from these panel discussions. Please protect your healing and your peace. I am so sorry that some people turn everything into comedy to hide their discomfort with the topic versus just tapping out because they aren't mature enough to have the conversation.

The veil of illusion is being removed. People will start to see things as they are and not what they are told they are. Buckle up and enjoy the ride. 😊

It is not your job to convince anyone that you are worthy. Let them decide for themselves and move accordingly.

The issue is that most of us still believe our valuables define our value. So when our valuables fluctuate so does how we see ourselves.

It took me losing a job to really understand(and put into practice) how my value flows from the inside out and not the outside in; and how important it is to embody this truth, so that when those tough times come, you are able to navigate them with your sense of worth in tact.

Rising to the top is not always about competition. It could be about your own personal ascension from one point of being to the next. From one way of thinking to another. From one angle of seeing to another.
And....
Sometimes it is simply about the fact that you did not drown, when you could barely swim.

Conflict does not equate to war.
If there is a conflict, that means there is time to fix what went wrong before it escalates to an all out war.
People who see every conflict as a declaration of war are people who've lived their whole lives in survival mode.
That is not normal nor is it healthy.
And the more we continue to normalize it, the longer it will take to actually heal what's driving that response.
