JayPitts is an artist & songwriter from Detroit, MI. His music pulls from the soulful sounds of Detroit, as well as some of his favorite artists such as Lupe Fiasco, Lauryn Hill, Andre 3000, Kanye West, and Kendrick Lamar. Jay fell in love with poetry at a young age and gradually uncovered his gift for telling stories and crafting introspective lyrics.
