Some of you have been asking how I'm doing with my concussion. Overall? Fantastic! While I probably will always have some symptoms here and there, it's finally just something in the background that isn't slowing me down much.
I just released a video on Stranger Parts, my second channel, where I sit down with Dr. Alina Fong, one of the cofounders of Cognitive FX, and we talk through what the core of their methodology is, and how you can apply it yourself at home if you have a more minor or recent concussion. I'm super greatful for everything Cognitive FX has done for me, and I'm really proud of how this video turned out!
