Anxiety. Depression. Loss of family and friends. These circumstances have surrounded my life, yet I have always believed that I have an opportunity to be a vehicle for love and a catalyst for harmony —through my voice and the voice I share with so many. I am an advocate for mental health. I have found healing in the kindness of people who opened their arms to me and expanded my mind and consciousness to the vast richness and cultures of the world. I can’t wait to continue to share these stories with you.
