Cute case: Diffuse edema of esophagus on EGD

Glycogenic acanthosis:
- thickened squamous mucosa and cytoplasmic clearing
- squamous cells show accumulation of PAS positive and PASd negative material = glycogen
- benign finding

SSP with cytologic dysplasia. Dysplasia in colonic sessile serrated polyps often shows loss of MLH1 expression by IHC. Background non-dysplastic glands show retained MLH1 expression.
