This @HolleyPerformance 4160 750cfm vacuum secondary ran well under hard load and wide open throttle but was lean at idle. Jetted up from the stock 72's to a pair of 75's , one final electric choke and fast idle adjustment after I assembled it and it's pretty much spot on. Cold starts easy, great idle quality, excellent throttle response.

Got it running good, look at that Vacuum! Just have some fine tuning on the ignition to do and it'll be perfect. It really appreciated the @HolleyPerformance 4160 750cfm vacuum secondary carburetor. Did a little pull tonight and drove it around for an hour. It pulls strong!

Swapping carburetors today, I'm pretty confident it'll appreciate this more than the 650dp.

Definitely an upgrade from the 305 swapped Astro, I'm on such a roll I'll probably go ahead and engine swap my 1980 e100 shorty too.

The 351 and C6 are in ... Now it's the arduous task of making fuel lines, transmission lines , getting linkages all sorted. Cooling system and alternator bracket. My father pitched in thanksgiving and Friday and Saturday and helped me get ALOT done quickly. I'm very grateful....in the home stretch in record time.

The 4.9 efi and C6 is out .... Now to clean, paint and install the 351 and new C6. Wiring, accessories, and fire it off. Making progress!

Hello all, sorry I've been MIA. Been getting some health stuff fixed. Past couple months I've been getting headaches and feeling like crap. Turns out I had some hypertension. Saw my doctor, it was easily corrected with a low dose medication and lifestyle changes. I'm feeling great! Best I've felt in a decade. And ..... I took all thanksgiving, skipping turkey and gravy to get my engine swap done. I'll be pulling the engine tomorrow, getting everything cleaned and painted under the hood etc. I'll post some videos of the progress. By this weekend I'll be tuning and breaking in my 351. Can't wait to share it with everyone. Y'all have a happy Thanksgiving!
