The classically trained Hungarian pianist-composer, Tamás Vághy took the decision some years ago to share his work with the public under the name vaghy, a work arranged to piano, synths and other vintage instruments. First came a video series featuring strings and vocalists under the title vaghy ensemble, while running the pianoset project with Edina Palkovics and Máté Halász. In recent years, albums-worth of tracks have been gathering on virtual shelves, all products of intense musical experimentation. Besides his other activities (such as being the keyboardist of the well-known Hungarian rock band, Anna and the Barbies), vaghy has also been playing an important part, as one of the main organisers, in Piano Day Budapest. Tracks available on streaming services: "Invisible Touch", "abandoned forest".
