Hi and welcome to my channel. My name is Caroline, I am from Malta but nowadays spend more of my days in rural Sicily. Vic and I decided to move away from the hustle and bustle of the fast track life we were living and adjust to a slower simpler life, which ultimately leads to a much happier and fulfilling one .
I will be sharing snippets of our daily life in the hope to inspire others in one way or another . I love crafting so I will be sharing some of my projects , I will also share some tried and tested cooking recipes, I’m far from a super cook or baker but I am learning as I go along .
Living this life I have also taken up gardening and growing some of our vegetables so I will be sharing some tips with you too.
This channel will be about enjoying and discovering the beauty of the island of Sicily . We will explore beautiful treks , quaint towns, cultural places and anything Sicily has to offer
