Hi YouTube, I'm Raj Valia. I am a fitness enthusiast and I've been studying about fitness and nutrition from quite a long time now. I'm creating this channel to reach out a lot of people who needs correct information about fitness and nutrition and I want to guide them through their transformation journey. I have transformed myself with a proper understanding of fitness and nutrition program and I want people to transform themselves into a healthy fit humans. Hopefully I'll add value to people's life and help them transform into a fit individual.
