life recently 🥰 lots of change, settling into my new job, beauuutiful leaves & light across London, gorgeous coffee, Bobbi, some new GF bakes.

I am finding a new rhythm & balance to pursue my small business in my free time now, writing new recipes for my upcoming ebook & creating some content for my YouTube channel… although now I must say, I don’t strive for such a fast pace anymore, to constantly be creating, pushing, my body actively says no to such a fast pace. After burning out earlier this year after a constant grind of 4 years, and in a current phase of calming down my overreactive immune system etc, creating space to look after & get my eczema to a manageable state, I just don’t have that wish to constantly produce anymore.

Does anyone else feel like this too? After an intense period of productivity & grind of a few years, it just doesn’t have the same appeal anymore. Maybe I’ll find more inspiration soon & a quicker productive pace, but until then, I’m a happy lady. Lots of love to you all ✨💕

Oh yes!! And I’m figuring out how to eat out safely again with my food allergies & history of anaphylaxis … my safest options are normally Japanese restaurants & I’m honestly buzzing when I can do this! plain rice, miso soup, plain edamame, pickles & I’m so happy to be part of the table & eating out 🥰

absolutely chuffed with this 100% gluten free, egg free & dairy free tin loaf 😍 shall I share the recipe soon?

I’ve been having all of these tests to help figure out the root cause of what’s been causing my eczema flares the last 7 months or so & turns out, my immune system is highly over-reactive (with my history of anaphylaxis, asthma & eczema this isn’t so surprising I guess but has been interesting to see what’s at the root cause of my flares etc) & is also reactive to gluten, as well as my other food allergies. So have been excited to test this out this weekend as have really been missing homemade bread!
