Have I ever told you about the tragedy of the 2006 Jamie McMurray 1:64 Team Caliber Production run?
Back in early 2006. Team Caliber released an early shipment/wave of Jamie McMurrays Irwin Tools and Sharpie schemes that were immediately recalled because they contained hard liquor sponsors which is a huge no no
Later Team Caliber would release another wave but this time both the Irwin Tools and Sharpie schemes were censored completely and the Lenox Tools would also be released.
Team Caliber was then bought out by Motorsport Authentics by Summer of 2006.
Team Caliber always had a very weird history of their production lines and recalls back in their final days.
