Hi All ! Just thought I'd jump on to say Hi and to let you know I'm still alive and kicking. I think i said before that I cannot put up as many videos on this channel as I do on FOPY'sFRANCE because this channel is all about me attempting some upcycles. Which I do to help put slightly less things into landfill. I realise my upcycles are a mere drop in the ocean (so to speak) but if I do not need something or do not have a project in mind I will not make it just for content. Otherwise I will end up with a pile of items here in my craft room that will have no where to go. I do not have the motivation to sell items because I have tried that unsuccessfully as I've said before. However I have recently been looking at some items of clothing I do not seem to wear and so I'm trying to think what I can do with them. so watch this space.
If there is something you would like to see me do / make that you are unsure about I would love to give it a go for you. if I can. Just let me know in the comments. Someone did say about having a go at a bucket hat a while ago but I didn't do it because it isn't something I would wear!

As much as I prefer to upcycle it doesn't stop me drooling over fabric π Today I bought a mannequin because it was reduced and because it was actually my size π± The shop itself was a sewer and knitters dream. My first visit there.

Hi All! Hope everyone is keeping well? I just wanted to let you know that I have decided to change the name of this channel slightly. I feel it describes my channel better. As you will see my banner needs to be updated, I need to get onto hubby for that as he created it. As I said in my previous post, I've been in a quandary as to where I'm going with this channel, so, as to not put myself under too much pressure I will put up a video as and when I have an idea of something to make. Because my aim is to upcycle my existing clothing / fabrics / maybe donated clothing etc; I do not always have something ready for upcycle. I hate waste so I always try to find a way to reuse / upcycle something rather than add it to land fill. It will often be something I already have in my wardrobe. I love to make bags and also stuff I will actually use, what is the point of something sitting in a box / cupboard not being used?! So, stay with me, really the only thing that has changed is my channel name. Hope to see you very soon. Thank you all for sticking with me, waiting patiently, I really appreciate it ππ₯°π

Hi All! I'm in a quandry! I can't decide what to do about this channel π€― I'm struggling to keep two channels going π I don't want to close this channel, maybe I should try making less videos π€ I'm attaching a few photos of a recent project. Halloween is approaching, my costume this year is Cruella. I bought a dalmation toy and turned it into a bag, what do you think? π

HI All, I am still alive and well! I just wanted to check in with you and let you know that I will be back very soon, this time with a pottery painting video. I have not been very motivated of late for one reason or another but I will get back into my crafting hopefully soon. As I have said before life sometimes gets in the way and that takes a priority as I am sure you will understand. We are also off on holiday soon so....... Hi Al. I don't think I shared this with you on here, you may have seen if you follow me on Instagram / Facebook. I continued to make an additional cushion to go with my grand daughters memory quilt, I'm really pleased with how it turn out. I had to make a cushion insert to fit and I had a go a free motion embroidery too.ππ₯°

I love to create! Especially when I can upcycle clothing and fabrics. I get so much satisfaction out of saving clothing from landfill. β€οΈ
I'm not an expert in anything I do but hope I will attract like minded people trying to do the same things as me. If not doing the same things as me, maybe you enjoy watching people create, as I do, it's fascinating.
