We had a great visit to Riddle High School’s shop class this week! Over the past several months, these talented students built metal pallets for us to use in our shops, and we were happy to pay for their work to help support their classroom projects. But it wasn’t just about the pallets—it was about the connection and mentorship. Travis Pritchett, our Plant Manager, took time to talk with the students about quality welds, future apprenticeship opportunities with Con-Vey, and shared some real-world guidance as they prepare for their careers. We’re proud to invest in their growth, both in the classroom and beyond!

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of celebrating Tina's incredible 20-year journey with Con-Vey! 🎉
Tina started as Accounts Receivable, and quickly took on other roles like payroll, HR, events, cost accounting, and receptionist duties. Over the years, she has focused her talents on HR, where her passion truly lies: working with people.
Her kind and caring nature has made her a beloved figure at Con-Vey. Tina is not just an amazing HR coordinator but also a great listener and a true friend to us all. 💖

We're thrilled to announce that as of July 1st, Jeremy Goebel has expanded his responsibilities to include oversight of our Mechanical and Electrical Engineering departments. With Ron, our Electrical Engineering Manager, and Mike, our Mechanical Engineering Manager, at the helm, we are confident in the strong leadership within these teams and look forward to their continued success.
Since stepping into the Vice President role in January 2023, Jeremy has been instrumental in enhancing our Sales and Equipment Lifecycle departments. Thanks to his and each department's efforts, we've made significant progress, and our team is now better equipped to support our customers more effectively.

Any chance we get to show the community what we do at Con-Vey is a chance we want to take!
One such opportunity arose with the Southern Oregon Economic Summit on May 14th where we hosted over 100 visitors for tours around the Con-Vey campus.
The Summit brought together industry leaders, innovative thinkers, and community members from around Southern Oregon to engage in pivotal discussions that shape the future of our region. We explored a range of critical topics, including "Innovative Manufacturing Concepts" where we shared our cutting-edge advancements and methodologies that are setting new standards in manufacturing.
It was a fantastic event put together by the Umpqua Economic Development Partnership, and we were honored to be asked to participate in it.

Meet the newest addition to our Con-Vey crew, Colton George!
Hailing from La Pine, OR, and now calling Medford home, Colton has joined our team in Roseburg as a Mechanical Engineer.
With a degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Oregon Institute of Technology and over a decade of experience in product design and engineering for leading manufacturers of building products, including fiber cement siding, windows, and doors, Colton brings a wealth of expertise to the table.
