Happy Mothers Day! ❤️🥰 Today is more than a “man made holiday.” Today is a day to really just say THANK YOU. Even if she couldnt do it all we are thankful she did enough. Even if she wasnt there in a way you needed her we are thankful for the life she has breathed into us. We are all just trying to figure out life for the first time so please, allow today to be the day you forgive all the mistakes that were made and tell that special lady THANK YOU. THANK YOU for the moments that seem so simple to me now but you created to make me smile. THANK YOU for trying when I gave up. THANK YOU! 🥰❤️

I plan to create a short video on my finances/paychecks but I wanted to take a moment to respond to some of your comments 😊 I receive a lot of comments that my savings challenges are “outside of my budget” or “I wish I had the budget to save like that.” PLEASE understand, I do not have the budget to save how I do. I have to pick up a part time job to complete my savings challenges 🙃 in 2023 I had 2 part time jobs that I started at different times of the year. And to complete the 2 savings challenges I have started this year I am going to have to pick up a part time job so I can complete them within the year (because for some reason I like to create goals that are ridiculous lol)
-My weekly cash stuffing is stuffed with my normal paycheck. Challenges are stuffed with everything else (unless I need to dip into my paychecks)-
I am able to stuff my savings challenges for the last 3 weeks because I received 2 paychecks that had holiday pay. The first one was Xmas eve and Xmas and the 2nd was NYE and NY. On top of my 8 hours of holiday pay I also worked the holidays and received time and a half. Plus I did a bit of OT because I knew these were holiday checks lol
Long story short (even though this was not short) I do a lot in hopes to achieve my goals and I also rarely spend large amounts of money, which is why this year is going to be my spend year 😂
I hope this helps you understand a bit more. And the end goal is to fully fund my emergency fund.
