The Real Estate Investing ball has moved many times in my career, allowing me to offer solutions is many real estate niches. Short Sales, Seller Financing, Rehabs, Property Management, Vacation Rental Management, Land Development, New Construction, Value-Add retail shopping centers, self-storage and multifamily projects.
Today, I primarily focus on larger self-storage and development projects (1-2 projects a year).
