Short Sales, Seller Financing, Rehabs, Property Management, Vacation Rental Management, Land Development, New Construction, Value-Add retail shopping centers, self-storage and multifamily projects.
Today, I primarily focus on larger self-storage and development projects (1-2 projects a year).
