With no investment but some small savings, I grew my first business to 500 staff, racking up sales of over £30 million, with major clients including Land Rover, Jaguar, Toyota and New Look. In 2013, Jay sold his business and has since gone on to further success, working in property investment and his online recruitment agency..

My achievements in giving back were marked with a personal invitation to meet Prince Charles at Buckingham Palace. I truly believe, with the right mentoring and advice, anyone can achieve success in business, and with a burning desire to help others, this triggered the concept of The Business Mentor Podcast and this YouTube Channel.
