Today, I had one of those “I need something healthy” moments. I was on my way to the post office, feeling the heat and thirst hitting me hard. So, I decided to make a quick pit stop at 7-Eleven. I wandered through the aisles, searching for a drink that wouldn’t sabotage my health goals.
