This may take several decades. One of the biggest polarities that needs to be integrated is the divineFeminine and divineMasculine. The Matriarchy and Patriarchy need to come together for enlightenment. If you have a Father God then you also have a Mother God. When the two hemispheres (left-brained masculine, right-brained feminine) of the mind and body (left-side feminine, right-side masculine) are unified through the heart, this is called enlightenment. Ambidexterity is Enlightenment!
