Hey all, I haven't posted in a while and part of the reason is that I've been hiking the Appalachian Trail this summer with a goal of finishing in 100 days! I'm about 2/3 of the way through and have been documenting my journey on another YouTube channel @frankmularcikbeyondinvesting I have a goal of reaching 1,000 subscribers by the end of the trip so if you are interested in seeing some of my journey from Maine to Georgia I'd really appreciate it if you subscribed to the channel and watched some of the videos! Lots of dividend raises this past week. I only had one raise from Air Products and Chemicals (APD) which was an increase of 8% which I am pretty excited about.
Did you have any dividend increases this past week? Would love to hear what companies you are excited about recently.

As some of you may noticed I have only been posting once a week for the past couple of weeks. For a variety of reasons this YouTube channel is just not quite as high a priority for me at this point. However, I will continue posting every Saturday at 9 a.m. EST and I expect it to become a higher priority (and I expect to have more time for it) in the new year. I also am planning on having some more livestreams/podcast style videos that will be on top of the weekly videos in the coming weeks and months. Glad you're here! The goal of this channel is to share my knowledge and experiences of investing in the stock market and working towards financial independence. I'm currently a Junior in college and have been investing in individual stocks for about three years. I'm certainly not an expert, but I hope to share my knowledge and journey with everyone. Most of my videos will focus on dividend investing, my portfolio, spreadsheets to track my portfolio, and coding to gather investing-related data. I've also started investing in a few "growth stocks" as well as mining Helium cryptocurrency so expect a few videos on those topics as well. So more or less this channel is focused on sharing the different investment strategies that I implement, exploring new strategies, and hopefully inspiring and educating some along the way.
