Spotted these two guys going up Ulu Yam and it struck me how similar the Neo and Putra are.
Two doors, short wheel base, semi-buckets, N/A engines, handles well and are enthusiast models from their respective eras.
And somewhat expensive brand-new considering it's a 2-door.
Humble owners too. Short trips like this keep the scene alive.

Besides the car itself, the accesories that came with it also deserve attention.
This was the first time an infotainment system remote control came as standard issue with a Proton car.
It may not seem significant but think of it - how many of these remotes are still around now? It was already limited from the start!

I gotta say it looks great. However I hope it's not gonna be called an S50 / S70. It's gonna create so much confusion with the X50 / X70 in conversations especially over the phone.
Some of us have a challenge in pronouncing the letter 'X' (becomes 'ess' or 'ek' instead of 'acks').
