As if I wasnāt busy enough, Iāve decided to try making a short film leveraging AI. Inspired by the results of last weekās US election and also a TikTok I saw a couple of days later which painted a rather interesting if not dystopian view of what Trumpās next term is going to be like for the people of America.
I used ChatGPT to brainstorm the story and generate a loose storyboard of images for each shot. So far I have generated 25 shots for the first few scenes and I am now working on the script and generating more storyboard images.

Run time is 1hr 12min and itās a really in-depth lesson on creating your first video edit using LumaFusion. Obviously, Itās geared towards beginners although you never know, even seasoned editors might pick up a tip or two for LumaFusion. Lesson 4 - Part 2 - A Closer Look At The Timeline has been added to the play list this morning, and I would say that us covered the fundamental basics of what and where in LumaFusion, so its time to get an edit together. We will start off pretty simple then take it from there adding in more complexity as we go.

Well, for the last couple of days I have been cheating on LumaFusion with another editing app š. I even edited a #short LumaFusion tutorial on the other video editing app and I am now torn between them š. BTW the other app wasnāt āŖ@CapCutofficialā¬

Iāve been away editing on a location set for a client and I am under an NDA so canāt say anymore than that. Anyway, Iām back now.
Good news! I got the new iPhone 16 Pro last week and I have been using it amongst other things to film some test āFPVā video of when I edit on LumaFusion using my iPhone 15 Pro Max and I need your opinion?
Does the FPV in the top left corned of the screenshot look as if it will be helpful to you guys or is it just not needed?
My thinking was since I have extra space either side of the iPhone screen recording that it would be useful, but let me know your thoughts?
