Welcome to Mira and Bassanti Pathak's channel. We're two sisters of German-Indian origin and have been doing yoga since our childhood.
We founded Pathak Yoga to bring yoga and mindfulness to offices (in meeting rooms or at the desk), so people don't have to go anywhere and don't need gym clothes or yoga mats.
