I spend most of the day at home trying out recipes and improving old ones.
Born in Bangkok, I’ve been living in Sydney Australia for the last 20 years.
My Mother was a professional chef in Bangkok so I grew up around amazing cooking, mostly traditional Thai cooking at that time.
When I moved to Australia I took commercial cookery training and my World was opened up to a huge range of cuisines.
At home, amongst others, I cook Thai, Western, Japanese, Italian, French, and Indian dishes and I’m always trying new things and adding my own twist to the recipes.
I try to make most of my dishes in the traditional way rather than the trend for ‘fusion’. So be warned, my Thai recipes are cooked that way Thai people eat them!
I’m very lucky that my husband who is English loves spicy Thai food too.
But you’ll find recipes to suit all tastes, from very simple, to step by step more complex ones.
