If you’ve ever experienced one of Brian Henry’s sets, you already know it’s not just a party, it’s a full-body *HENERGY* (as his Homies call it) activation. This LA-based selector is a rhythm-fueled disruptor with a passport full of dance floors and a spirit rooted in community.
After undergrad, he decided to skip out an Ivy League graduate program and enroll at Scratch DJ Academy instead. Since then, he's been remixing the rules and bringing that joyful, unpredictable (in the best way possible) energy to every room he steps in. DJ KenZo reps his Sierra Leonean roots proudly and brings that same Afro-infused energy to every set. Raised around African parties and community functions, his journey started in garages and family gatherings — anywhere he could plug in and move a crowd. That foundation built the high-energy, dance-filled style he’s known for today.
Now a full-time DJ, KenZo spins for the Sacramento Kings and artists like LaRussell, and even curates his own events. When asked to describe his style, he said they're high energy, fun, sweaty and always made with the people in mind.
