Each week I’ll introduce you to an evolving sequence of Somatic movement & mind practice, in the aim of wellbeing and soothing regulation. Through movement & breathwork we work towards relaxation & restoration.
A restorative practice focusing on teaching Somatic techniques such as Natural Vagus Nerve Stimulation, Tapping, Breathwork, Body Mapping, Mindfulness, Micromovements and much more
This practice can be participated sitting down or standing up.

Within this divided world Harvey’s navigates the intricate dynamics between the divided personalities within as they squabble and jostle for dominance within the mind of Host, the central figure struggling to cope with past trauma.“
“Throughout the performance, interludes of music and dance serve as powerful metaphors for the protagonist’s attempts to pull her fractured self together. The soundtrack, ranging from Frank Sinatra to Frankie Valli, adds emotional depth, while Harvey’s dance movements convey the struggle for unity in a body and mind divided by trauma”

Look what arrived in the post!
Thank you Greater Manchester Fringe for awarding my debut show NeuroChatter for “Best Newcomer” and shortlisting my first ever script for “New Writing” award with @write4thestage
I’m blown away by the reception & to have this piece of very personal theatre recognised during its early infancy, means so much more than I can say.
Neurochatter has been a labour of love & hate and all the joy in between since beginning in December 2023 and after re-writing the ending yet again last night…the play has finally arrived at a point I’ve been searching & working towards these past 9 months…and it’s finally now at a place where “Host” gets to speak her truth, just in time for Edinburgh Festival Fringe 🎭
The show has evolved & morphed & changed after each & every time Ive previewed it at Brighton & Manchester. Based on audience feedback balanced with my gut feeling & intent, it’s now finally at a place where I’m now genuinely excited not nervous, to perform NeuroChatter.
To have the show awarded during its cacoon phase has been a huge motivational force that helped me continue on days where I was doubting the shows clarity
Me 12 months ago, still sectioned on the psych ward after a week recovery in ICU, would have not fucking believed that this would be happening just 1 year on!
So thank you so much @gmfringe & @write4thestage - next stop Edinburgh Fringe 🤯🏴🎭
