Chomping Champion’s endeavour is to explore street foods and regional cuisines across India. Wherever I go and eat, I try to understand the culture and people and believe me; it is sometimes as enjoyable as food! I am partial towards spicy South Indian food. But, then that reminds me of the cuisine from Nagaland, which I love.
My videos will show you unknown or undiscovered foods (to most of us) from different parts of India along with the popular street foods and innovative foods available in your cities or towns. I would also like to take you with me to villages and farms where organic food is grown in a sustainable way. Rather than just listing food items, my endeavor is to weave stories around these food items and present it you.
I completely agree to the philosophy is ‘Eat Well Travel Often’. So traveling becomes as important as eating! Come, join the adventure.
